Lesson 95

さいきん、ちょっと、いそがしいんです。

Saikin chotto isogashii n desu.

I am bit busy these days.

What is the different between "isogashii desu." and "isogashii n desu." ?

"isogashii desu." is just saying someone's condition or staut.
When you use "n", in this case, "isogashii n desu.", you can include some of your feeling in this sentence.
A: あしたひまですか?(Ashita hima desu ka? / Are you free tomorrow?) A wants to know B's schedule and might want to invite to something.
B: すみません、ちょっと、いそがしいんです。 (Sumimasen,Chotto isogahii n desu. / Sorry, I am bit busy.)B feels sorry for A.
